Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Some types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some personal care and health items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
We may grant partial refunds in the following cases:
- Book with clear signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, software, or vinyl record
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Any return requested more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at Organic1888@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
If you’re returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
